Zinedine Zidane appears to have saved his job as Real Madrid managed to bounce back from back-to-back defeats at the hands of Alaves and Shakhtar Donetsk in the latest victories over Sevilla and Borussia M'gladbach. Diego Simeone's side, for their part, are seen by many as hot favourites to win their first La Liga title since 2014 this term. Atletico top the league standings with 26 points now and have one game in hand over their city rivals.
